For our customers, it's all about improving quality and reliability, and living up to our delivery commitments. Operational Excellence (OPX) is improving reliability by building quality into how we do business. In order to do so, we remove bottlenecks in the order cycle to drive flexibility and allow us to adapt to customers' critical supply situations. We also plan or maintenance to better manage our backlog and work stronger and remain more reliable to meet our delivery commitments. OPX will help us meet and exceed the demands of our customers and help us become easier to do business with.
