Fast and reliable, Smurfit-Stone's Series 4400 Trayformers automatically select, form, and seal side or end slotted trays at speeds up to 45 trays per minute. The trayformer design assures reliability of operation, ease of maintenance, and quick changeover. End or slotted-side trays are standard, but the Series 4400 can be custom-configured for many other styles.
The vacuum blank feeder provides smooth transfer for trouble-free forming, while positive blank positioning ensures squared trays. With six models to choose from, the Series 4400 Trayformer is ruggedly built for continuous production at a high level of reliability.
