We decided to rethink the meat packing process to make it more efficient-- and the result is an entirely new system and box that uses less material, takes less labor, and dramatically speeds up your meat packing line.
It starts with the box shape-- 3/8"h shorter than a traditional "C" flute RSC case, it's shipped flat to make transportation and storage more efficient. The unique diecut form erects itself, freeing the operator to focus on filling and arranging the box, and uses less corrugated and 50% less sealing tape than a traditional box. Yet it's actually stronger when stacked.
The result is a faster line that allows the operator to focus on the product-- while the box takes care of itself.
