We understand that a single product may not meet all of your packaging or manufacturing needs, which is why we have one of the largest selections of Containerboard, Pulp, Food Service substrates and Kraft paper in the industry. Our extensive North American mill system offers our customers great flexibility in product options and supply continuity.

CONTAINERBOARD
Kraft Linerboard
Available with varying levels of virgin and recycled fibre, in basis weights from 26#/MSF (127gsm) to 96#/MSF (469gsm).
Smurfit-Stone has a total of eight facilities that make produce our linerboard products.
Corrugating Medium
Available in basis weights from 23#/MSF (112gsm) to 45#/MSF (220gsm) for our standard products and a range of wet strength grades as well.
Smurfit-Stone produces corrugating medium at Eight facilities.
White Top Linerboard
Available in basis weights from 26#/MSF (127gsm) to 69#/MSF (337gsm).
Smurfit-Stone manufactures white top at two locations; La Tuque, Quebec Canada and West Point, Virginia.
Premium White Top Linerboard
Available in basis weights from 31#/MSF (150gsm) to 42#/MSF (205gsm).
Smurfit-Stone manufactures Premium White Top at its La Tuque, Quebec Canada facility.
Coated White Top Liner
Available from our mill in La Tuque, Quebec Canada in basis weights from 28.7# (140 gsm) to 46# (225 gsm)
KRAFT PAPER
Kraft Paper
Available in basis weights from 30#/3000 ft2 to 70#/3000 ft2, including varying levels of recycled content, along with several wet strength grades.
Smurfit Stone manufactures Kraft paper at its Hodge, Louisiana facility.
FOOD SERVICE
All food service grades are produced at Smurfit Stone’s facility in La Tuque, Quebec Canada
Cup Stock
Smurfit-Stone manufactures a range of cup stock grades for the food service industry.
Available with either an extruded polyethylene coating or uncoated in basis weights from 150 gsm (92#/3000 ft2 ) to 340 gsm (209 #/3000 ft2).
Plate Stock
10pt uncoated plate stock at a basis weight of 90#/3000 ft2.
Bacon Board
A bleached substrate available in several basis weights, suitable for waxing and subsequent extrusion coating for use in the packaging of bacon.
